The hotel's location is good, just a short walk away from the lake and sunrise views of Mount Fuji. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and had everything we needed. the supermarket next door made it easy to get anything we needed. the onsen was a refreshing bonus.

Great location and Friendly Staff

During our Easter break, we stayed at a hotel near Yamanakako Lake and were delighted with our overall experience. The location was superb, allowing us to easily access nearby tourist attractions such as the lake, various restaurants, and a supermarket. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcomed us with open arms. They provided us with all the necessary information and also went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Lastly, we enjoyed the onsen facility which was a fantastic way to relax and rejuvenate.

There were a few things that we were not satisfied with, such as the limited room cleaning service. We stayed for several days, and the room was only cleaned once during our visit, which was a bit uncomfortable.

This hotel was a great find! The location is absolutely brilliant. Just a short walk across the road and you're at the lake side, where you can enjoy a perfect view of Mount Fuji. The staff were incredibly friendly and the owner, who runs the hotel with their spouse, deserves a big thanks for their hard work. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Plus, there's a supermarket next door for any additional items you may need.

No complaints, everything was good!

We loved the hotel's location, just a quick walk from the lakeside and with easy transportation options nearby. The sunrise view of Mount Fuji was fantastic, and we enjoyed renting a boat from right outside the hotel. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean with all necessary amenities. The hotel had an unbeatable location, just a short walk away from a beautiful lake and with stunning views of Mount Fuji. the onsen was a very enjoyable and unexpected addition to our stay. We also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff throughout our visit.

The hotel lacked in-room cleaning services, which was a downside during our 4-night stay. the hotel only accepted cash payments, and as international travelers, we found this inconvenient and stressful.

I recently had a very good stay at this hotel near the beautiful lake. The location was perfect, just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to help. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
